PETS AND ANIMALS
4.1 No Owner, Tenant or Occupant shall keep any pet other than the following on the Premises:
(a) a reasonable number of fish or other small aquarium animals;
(b) a reasonable number of small caged mammals;
(c) no more than 2 caged birds;
(d) no more than:
(i) 2 cats; or
(ii) 2 dogs; or
(iii) 1 cat and 1 dog.
